We first connected with Carla while looking to downsize from our home to a condo. We postponed our search for a number of months, until we decided it was time to do it. She began a search for us and then listed our home for sale. We then decided to settle out of the SF Valley. Carla was a Capital  “P”: Persistent, Professional, Prepared, Positive and Polite. She sold our Encino home where we had lived for 43 years, in less than two months during a Pandemic. We could not have had a better person helping us with a very emotional endeavor.
