I’m so fortunate that my friend suggested Carla to help me rent my single family home in Encino. Carla dug in right away, coming up with a strategy, price point, pictures, etc. Within 2 weeks I had a tenant… and my tenant is the BEST EVER!! Rent is on time, and my house is being kept immaculately. Yay for Carla!
